Routine and Regular Hot Tub Maintenance

Heavenly Times Hot Tubs & Billiards offers Hot Tub Maintenance service for short-term rental homes, second homeowners and long-term renters.

Weekly Hot Tub Service Plan: $50/visit and $100 for Drain, Clean and Fills as needed.
*(Extra charges may be required based on your individual property)

• Currently only taking contracts for Arctic Spas.  Now is a great time to trade in your old spa. Upgrade to the newest technology and most energy efficient hot tub!  Learn what your hot tub is worth! 
• We will do one-time services on any brand.
• If you rent your place short term, we will check the tub before check-ins. Must supply Renter Schedule to rentals@heavenlytimes.com.
• If not renting, we will service the hot tub every 6-9 days.
• Draining, cleaning, and filling the hot tub with owner supplied water as needed billed at $100 per occurrence.
• Chemicals are included.
• Adding water as needed.
• Vacuuming out dirt/debris of the tub.
• Cleaning snow off the cover and steps when needed.
• Rinsing/Changing filters as needed.  Filters will be replaced as needed.  This is an additional cost. 
• The contract is for year-round service only.
